The Lexington Clothing Company Hosts A Scandinavian Soiree

by The Daily Front Row

Despite the fact that The Lexington Clothing Company was started in Sweden, the brand has a strong Americana theme to their housewares and apparel, which they introduced to East Hampton just last year. The owners of the company, Kristina and Tommy Lindhe have turned a summer Hamptons home into a Swedish Culinary Summer House, where chefs Malin Söderström and Christian Helberg are hosting weekly Scandinavian culinary events. So what’s cooking? On Sunday night, guests got to try their hands at creating Nordic cuisine by pickling vegetables, customizing sauce for their own grilled steaks, and even creating their own vodka flavor. A mix of Swedish imports and Hamptons locals compared cooking skills throughout the evening as they tested their culinary chops alongside the seasoned chefs.
