September Issues: The Big Weigh-In!

(NEW YORK) It’s time for the annual clock-in of page counts for the September glossies! Guess who’s got the thickest book on the newsstand? Vogue, with its 665 ad pages, made the biggest sweep of the fashion books (big shocker there). It’s just a 1 percent increase from last year’s 658 pages, but it’s the largest lot of ads the mag has brought in since 2008. The rest of the September issue intel, right this way! 

InStyle: 455 ad pages, up 3 percent from September 2012 
Elle: 442 ad pages, up 12 percent from September 2012 
Harper’s Bazaar: 397 ad pages, up 10 percent from September 2012
W: 288 ad pages, up 17 percent from September 2012
Marie Claire: 246 ad pages, up 13.5 percent from September 2012 
Vanity Fair: 234 ad pages, up 5 percent from September 2012 
Glamour: 224 ad pages, up 18 percent from September 2012
GQ: 205 ad pages, up 1 percent from September 2012
People StyleWatch: 190 ad pages, up 3 percent from September 2012
Cosmopolitan: 171 ad pages, up 16 percent from September 2012 
Allure: 147 ad pages, up 12 percent from September 2012
Lucky: 137 ad pages, up 1 percent from September 2012
Details: 148 ad pages, up 6 percent from September 2012 
Esquire: 124 ad pages, up 26.5 percent from September 2012
Town & Country
: 113 ad pages, up 14 percent from September 2012
