Prosecco Pie Is Officially the Most Chic Way to Consume Bubbly This Season

Thanksgiving may have just wrapped, but the holiday season is only just getting started. More holidays means more celebrating, and more celebrating means more prosecco! It’s fashion’s favorite beverage, and there are a number of ways you can consume it — be it in a flute, a stemless flue, a coupe, or straight from the bottle. But is that enough? Surely we can improve upon how we enjoy those little bubbles? Maybe even…innovate?

Thankfully Ruffino is on the case, and they got pretty creative. The brand has teamed up with Little Pie Company on a limited-edition pie that uses prosecco as its main ingredient. Also baked with apple, brown sugar, and salted caramel, the desserts are decorated with little gold bubbles and dust. So cute!

“I love that I get to experiment with different ingredients to create something delicious that has never been done,” says Little Pie Company creator Arnold Wilkerson. “We had a blast creating the Ruffino Prosecco Pie, from finding the perfect balance between the prosecco, apple and salted caramel to ensure its mouthwatering taste, to decorating the crust. Prosecco and pie are holiday staples, so now you can enjoy them all at once!”

There are two sizes available — a 10 inch pie that’s great for sharing, or a 5 inch pie (that comes with a mini bottle of prosecco) which would make a great gift. The desserts are available now through December 31, in-store in Manhattan, and online shipping nationwide. Get ’em while they’re hot!
