REVOLVE Clothing Partners with Postmates for On-Demand SXSW Deliveries

by Paige Reddinger

REVOLVE Clothing, already known as a go-to destination for festival attire, is partnering with Postmates for the SXSW festival in Austin to deliver dresses, rompers, tops, bikinis, and more to those in need of a new look on the spot. The new service can deliver clothing to customers in under 60 minutes for a flat fee of $3.99. The brand has selected specific top-selling styles to be a part of its Festival Collection, which includes 160 pieces, all available via the SXSW service.

“We continue to connect with our customers by providing them what they want, when they want and we understand that festivals are an experience worth investing in,” said Michael Mente, co‐founder and co‐CEO of REVOLVE. “From purchasing high-priced tickets to planning her entire wardrobe for the weekend, festivals are a big part of our customer’s life and we want to support her lifestyle with an amazing selection of clothes, accessories, and shoes that she can receive in less than 60 minutes!” Meanwhile, Holger Luedorf, the SVP of business at Postmates said that they have been focusing on retail recently, so more of these kind of partnerships may be in the future for Postmates.

Prices for the REVOLVE festival collection range from $28 to $650. The on-demand range has kicked off with SXSW, but will be available throughout the 2016 festival season. Check out some of what’s on offer below.

We use Postmates all the time at work! I’m undecided on Postmates too, though. If you call or email Postmates they will always fix the amount overcharged to your account. I had an issue with one particular restaurant’s bartender giving himself extra tips on my card, and they were right on it.
