Page Six reports today that LaForce + Stevens is dissolving after 20 years in business together. CEO James La Force and president Leslie Stevens will be terminating their partnership, which was confirmed to The Post. “I filed a petition for dissolution, and it was granted by the court on Sept. 9,” LaForce tells Page Six. “I’m anticipating an orderly and graceful transition. I can’t imagine any dispute over clients, as Leslie and I each manage all our own client relationships.” He added, “I wish Leslie all the best.” According to the report, Stevens wants to sell her share of the partnership. The full-service marketing and PR powerhouse works with brands such as Banana Republic, Mara Hoffman,  Marissa Webb, Target, Aberombie & Fitch, and Pamella Roland.  PR Week reported in April the company employed 88 people and had an annual revenue of $13,595,525.
