Rag & Bone Spring/Summer 2017

by The Daily Front Row

In his first solo effort for Rag & Bone, Marcus Wainwright relied on the signatures that have been making things rain, proverbially, for the brand—V-neck varsity sweaters, slouchy shirt-dressing, striped suiting. Sweatsuits and streamlined varsity jackets provided a sporty counterpoint with ’90s-esque slipdresses and florals. Red, white, and blue, one of the week’s emerging trends, was another dominant theme. The high-waisted, baggy mom jeans might not be as much of a runaway hit as their signature skinnies, but as always, Rag & Bone is compelled to push something forward.
