Former Heatherette designer Richie Rich was arrested last month at the Westin in Times Square for failing to pay a $1,800 bill, The Daily News reported over the weekend. (They already made the “not so rich after all” joke, and we’re envious they beat us to it.) He was in court on Friday for not paying the hotel’s room fees and ordering services, police told them.
