DAY 6: March 2, 2019

Hermès
The clothing at Hermès shined thanks to their simplicity this season, and outfits stood out for their color compositions. Fanny packs were the must-have item, and high sued boots with a square heel were the perfect complement for pants and leather skirts. Of course, the brand’s trademark orange was present in different clothes along the line, but the star of the show was an outfit in white leather paired with a yellow jacket.

Elie Saab
Elie Saab won over everyone with his collection exhibited at the Hotel Salomon Rothschild. The show began with short ruffled dresses. Soon Cindy Bruna modeled a sexy black suit that included a lace top and satin pants cinched at her waist with a decorative tie. Other outfits that caught my eye were velvet suits in black, blue, and — my favorite — a green one with a sequin top matching top. The eveningwear was the most exciting part of the show, featuring sheer fabrics, sparkles, and lots of volume.

Vivienne Westwood
True to her style, Vivienne Westwood had an eco-friendly message in her collection this season. The fabrics she used were carefully chosen second-hand pieces. The show started with a handmade suit in black and yellow and handprinted fabric combined with sneakers. Afterwards came Scottish tweed suits for women with big coats and a wedding dress (also with sneakers).
