A fabulous crowd turned out last night at London’s Roundhouse to celebrate London’s Fabulous Fund Fair, hosted by supermodel pals Natalia Vodianova and Karlie Kloss to raise money for Vodianova’s Naked Heart Foundation, which she started in 2004. The gala transformed the iconic destination into a fashion-fueled carnival designed by artist Camille Walala, with a slew of attractions like Tarot reading with Fendi and Kristen Scott Thomas (who read Suzy Menkes her future), a Louis Vuitton airplane toss with Doutzen Kroes, Givenchy’s catapult with Lara Stone, Pair-a-Pair by Giuseppe Zanotti with Caroline Vreeland, supermodel Erin O’Connor hosting Dior’s Lucky Star, Stella McCartney‘s arcade games with Caroline Winberg, Charlotte Wiggins, Carmen Jorda, and more. There was also Wheel of Fortune hosted by Vodianova and Kloss, where guests sipped on cocktails and noshed on sushi and caviar while getting to spin the wheel for the chance to win prizes that were far chicer than the actual game show’s offering. A weekend at Palazzo Fendi, a VIP tour of Rome, a private tour of Giberg where you can co-design a piece of jewelry, an escape to paradise with One&Only Resorts, and a private shoot with world famous photographer Ali Mahdavi were all up for grabs.
The event raised over $585,000 towards the Naked Heart Foundation’s programs in an effort to develop a network of support services for families raising children with special needs and to create inclusive play facilities for children of all abilities. Guests who came out for the event included Liv Tyler, Kristin Scott Thomas, Dynamo, Eric Underwood, Arizona Muse, Abbey Clancey, Baptiste Giabiconi, Lily Donaldson, David Haye, Clara Paget, Pixie Lott, Oliver Cheshire, Toby Huntington-Whitley, Millie Mackintosh, Jess Glynne, Yasmin Le Bon, Amber Le Bon, Justine Skye, Eliza Cummings, Vanessa White, Sai Bennet, Alice Temperley, Corinne Bailey Rae, Doina Ciobanu, Xenia Tchoumitcheva, Joshua Kane, Frances, Hikari Yokoyama, Jay Jopling, Petite Meller, Derek Blasberg, Martha Ward, Sam Webb, Elena Perminova, Laura Pradelska, Yasmin Mills, Caroline Issa and Betty Bachz.
“I believe that giving should be a fabulous, fun and unforgettable experience; inspiring our supporters is a crucial part of Naked Heart Foundation’s philosophy in our work helping children with special needs and nothing is more inspiring than laughter and games – all the fun of the fair!” Vodianova said in a statement. “Now in its third year, I’m thrilled that the Fabulous Fund Fair has become such an exciting and anticipated part of London’s social scene and certainly one of the most instagrammable charity events. I’m so grateful to all our sponsors, partners and guests who help us raise much-needed funds for Naked Heart Foundation’s family support services and accessible play facilities. ”
