Melina’s foundation in fashion and design is rooted in her strong educational background.  Her passion for fashion led her to pursue a college degree in Fashion Production at the University of Palermo, Faculty of Communication and Design, where she graduated in December 2019. Not stopping there, she honed her skills with a degree in Graphic Design from the same university, graduating in December 2021. Her proficiency in English has enabled her to work seamlessly in both English and Spanish-speaking environments, which opened a number of doors for her.

Her work has been featured in top magazines such as i-D Magazine and Viva Magazine, where she has styled personalities like actors Benjamin Alfonso and Maite Lanata. Her creative direction extends to music videos and red carpets internationally, for Latin reggaeton artists like Lenny Tavarez and Dalex. performance in Spain with “The Academy” latin music group composed by artists Lenny Tavarez, J Quiles, Sech, Dalex and producer Dimelo Flow. This year, Mel also worked with Venezuelan artist Mari La Carajita when the singer visited Argentina,
creating her outfits for a featured photoshoot and for her latest viral music video, “Prioridad,” which was shot there.

Balancing her whole career, she also is the creative director of the recognized shoe brand Lara Casa, where she also does the graphic design, communications, diffusion, visual choices and oversees fashion campaigns that reflect her signature style of
modern elegance. She started working with the brand three years ago completely flipping it turning it into one of the best-known shoe brands in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
