Louise Trotter Leaves Carven—And Heads To Bottega Veneta!

Congratulations are in order for Louise Trotter, who’s been named Bottega Veneta‘s new creative director! Trotter was most recently creative director of Carven, a post she’ll be leaving on January 24. Trotter brought a sophisticated, chic touch to her Carven collections since her tenure began in 2023; and though she’s moving onto new beginnings, the brand will still host its Fall 2025 show in February. Her appointment at Bottega coincides with the exit of Matthieu Blazy—who’s just been named creative director at Chanel.
