Life of a Top Model: Laura Iafrate Gives A Sneak Peek Into Her Daily Routine

There are several people out there who are spouses, have kids, and go to work during the week. The concept is the same, but the application is a little different for top model Laura Isabel Iafrate Blanco. Known professionally as Laura Iafrate, this 24-year-old powerhouse is also an entrepreneur, activist, and high-end real estate broker. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Laura was discovered by the famed Elite Model Look when she was just 16. She then won the Venezuela competition in 2014 and represented her country in the World Final in Shenzhen, China. Laura has the smarts to match her stunning looks as she studied law and liberal arts at the Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas for two years. As for her modeling career, she has worked with top fashion brands like Angel Sanchez, Custo Barcelona, and Rosa Clara and is represented by the Elite agency manager, Tibisay Rivas.

On a personal note, Laura married venture capitalist Adam Keynes in 2018. They are the proud parents of a son named Santiago and love travelling the world together. Having a family did not slow Laura down but rather accelerated her endeavors. As a fashion lover and influencer, Laura set out to show women they can be a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and still take care of themselves with a balanced and healthy lifestyle. A fitness enthusiast, Laura’s favorite activities are boxing and the famed Tracy Anderson method. A respected voice in combating human trafficking, Laura has worked with organizations in Latin America that fight against this hideous practice. She has also worked with religious leaders, politicians, and important business figures to achieve this goal. Through her work, Laura has become a sought-after lecturer on the human trafficking of minors and how to stop it.

Not one to deprive herself, Laura loves food. She might be a model, but people have to eat! Whether it is cooking at home or dining out, a good meal accompanied by equally good wine is an important part of her life. Splitting her time between New York and Mexico City, Laura has no shortage of top-notch culinary options. This includes the restaurant she owns in Mexico City.  Restaurateur is just one of Laura’s business titles. She is currently working with partners to develop two of her own brands. The first project is jewelry that supports artisans from different regions of Mexico. The second is an athleisure label based on sustainable fabrics as Laura supports conscious fashion and protecting the environment. She considers herself very fortunate to incorporate causes she believes in to her entrepreneurial ventures.
