Lacoste Spring Summer 2016

Sporty chic vibes flooded the runway of Lacoste’s spring 2016 fashion show with a collection heavily themed around next year’s Summer Olympics. The majority of the pieces that artistic director Felipe Oliveira Baptista sent down the catwalk were in primary colors, including sexy mini polo dresses and bomber jackets in bold flag prints. The standouts, however, were actually quite different with a futuristic twist, like the silver metallic pantsuit for both the ladies and the gents that felt very outer space. Overall, the range was eclectic, colorful, and fun to the eye. And as always, the show attracted a haute roster of fashion peeps, including style influencers and media industry execs, like Cindi Leive, Joanna Coles, Mickey Boardman, Danielle Bernstein and Kristina Bazan, who quickly ran out post-show to catch their Uber rides.
