L.K. Bennett and Preen Collaborate on Ready-to-Wear Collection

by Sydney Sadick

British shoe brand L.K. Bennett is getting its feet wet in the world of collaborations via a new partnership with Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, which is officially available to shop now. Design duo Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi drew inspiration from the floral watercolors of Scottish artist Charles Rennie Mackintosh for the range, which features colorful dresses as well as beautifully-patterned separates. The pieces are highlighted in a new campaign for the collection, starring model Erin O’Connor.  “Everything we design naturally has that unique Preen feel to it, so when working with the team at L.K.Bennett, it came quite naturally to us to enhance and enrich their typical products so to display the essence of Preen, including all of those distinctive silhouettes!” said Thornton in a statement. “Dress Vali is a great example of us drawing on an archive Preen design and adapting it with a new graphic floral print for the L.K.Bennett customer. We don’t believe that modern women need a different wardrobe for day time and night time. They simply style themselves for the occasion. The LKB x Preen pieces really capture that.”
