Krewe Kicks Off The Next Chapter of Patula at Meatpacking Flagship

The super stylish New Orleans-based eyewear brand KREWE hosted an intimate dinner at their New York City flagship in the Meatpacking District to kick off the next chapter of Patula, the brand’s hospitality concept, which was born from the creative partnership between KREWE founder Stirling Barrett and chef Rob Tabone.

The evening began with cocktails and wine as guests milled around the store, trying on sunglasses while chef Tabone was hard at work preparing a decadent eight-course tasking menu of some of his most popular dishes, included some of the best oysters, most beautifully prepared tilefish, and brightest, freshest seasonal salads to be found anywhere in the city.

The meal with elegant natural wines, plenty of fun, and lively conversation around tables decorated with a cornucopia of fresh produce gathered from local markets and artfully arranged by Chase Leger. 

The evening’s guests were a select group of friends of the brand and tastemakers including Gigi Burris (CFDA), Bailey Moon (Stylist), Drew Jessup (content creator), Bach Mai (designer), Marygrace Graves (content creator), and more.

The evening concluded with a decadent dessert of vermouth-marinaded peaches and cream whipped ricotta and an abundance of espresso martinis.
