Karl Lagerfeld has found a pretty adorable category to expand into: children’s clothing! He will be introducing pint-sized styles to his namesake label for Spring 2016, which will feature boy’s and girl’s sizes ranging from newborn to 16 years old. Lagerfeld is partnering with Groupe CFW for this new venture, and has plans to produce two collections per year for the little ones. The brand will launch in Europe, the Middle East, and Korea to start. CFW currently licenses children’s wear for the likes of DKNY, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Chloé, and Boss; they’re one of Europe’s largest design studio dedicated to kids designs, reportedly shipping 6 million products a year to 74 countries. We have no doubt that Lagerfeld’s godson, Hudson Kroenig, will be one of the first tykes to get his hands on these designs.
