This year, Karl Lagerfeld will be bringing some holiday cheer to Paris when he switches on the holiday lights on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées! Last year, Chanel ambassador (and the person with whom Lagerfeld swaps cat pics) Lily-Rose Depp did the honors. The ceremony will take place November 22.

Nike Fights Back In Ongoing Gender Discrimination Lawsuit (The Fashion Law)
Nike responded to the gender discrimination lawsuit that has been ongoing since August. The brand is asking that several claims be dismissed, as well as “asking the court to refrain from certifying the potential class action,” which would prevent other women from joining. Seven women are currently involved in the lawsuit.
