A chic fashion crowd headed out East a little early this week to kick off the launch of Maisonette Market, the first pop-up retail store for Maisonette.com, the online destination for luxury childrenswear. The site’s co-founders, Sylvana Durrett and Luisana Mendoza de Roccia, hosted the beautiful, intimate dinner along with Theory’s Andrew Rosen. Guests, including Jessica Seinfeld and Erin Walsh, mingled at the two long dinner tables, which featured adorable fans and a range of icons—our favorite being the one that read “HOT”—while noshing on a delicious spread by Bilboquet (cajun chicken, skirt steak, tuna tartar, etc.). Others who came out for the fun included Tabitha Simmons, Lizzie Tisch, David Burtka, Marcus Wainwright, Gucci Westman, and Rebecca Hessel Cohen. The restaurant was packed as always—Lisa Perry and Ron Perelman were dining as well, but separate from the dinner party.
The shop, called Maisonette Market, is open at Theory East Hampton from August 18 to 27, and features a weeklong calendar of family-fun events, the perfect way to transition from summering in the Hamptons to heading on back to school. Check it out!
