Longtime Calvin Klein exec Jennifer Crawford, who currently holds the title of EVP of global communications, announced in an e-mail to friends and colleagues last night that she has resigned from the company after 11 years to take some time off. “I have thoroughly enjoyed my years at Calvin Klein, and working alongside each of you, and I am confident that I have contributed to this iconic brand and hopefully left my mark,” Crawford said. “l would like to thank each of you who have been along for the journey and I look forward to staying in touch. I personally wish you, and each of my peers and colleagues at Calvin Klein, Inc. around the world, much success in the future.” Crawford reveals she’ll be taking time off to travel to Tanzania, Iceland, Chile, and beyond. Last July, Crawford took on many of the duties formerly held by Malcolm Carfrae, former executive vice president and chief communications officer, who left the Calvin team to become Ralph Lauren’s global head of communications. We wish Crawford well in her pursuits.
