It's A Bird, It's A Plane, It's H&M!

by The Daily Front Row

H&M is coming to 4 Times Square, aka the current home of Condé Nast. Not only are they planning to open their 13th Manhattan store at the base of the building, but the Swedish brand is also putting their logo on top of the 48-story tower. This is good news for the building’s owner, the Durst Organization, which built 4 Times Square in 2000, but has had difficulty finding someone to pay the rent. The Condé gang will be ditching their current digs and moving to 1 World Trade Center in late 2014.
