Jason Wu to Design for Kohl’s (WWD)
Jason Wu will design a holiday collection exclusively for Kohl’s inspired by classic Hollywood glamour. The news comes as the retailer reports poor sales in its first quarter of the year. The partnership, which will hit stores around the same time as Elizabeth & James becomes a Kohl’s exclusive, suggests that the brand is attempting to attract consumers through higher profile design labels. Wu’s collection will be available in stores and online in November.
