Guns N’ Roses to Collaborate with Off-White

by Paige Reddinger

Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh is releasing a capsule of exclusive pieces with Guns N’ Roses at a pop-up at Maxfield in LA today. The collaboration coincides with the 30th anniversary of Guns N’ Roses’ debut album Appetite for Destruction (hard to believe, right?). The product takes inspiration from the band’s original album artwork and tour merchandise. The special retail event is called “Guns N’ Roses was here” and will feature not only Off-White’s collaboration with the band, but also a host of other streetwear designers like Palm Angels, Enfant Riches Déprimés, Amiri, Kelly Cole, and MadeWorn.

The Off-White and GNR t-shirts feature everything from embroidered roses, a black tee with “white roses” written down the sleeve, and a wooden cross with a snake draped around it. For those looking for a piece of history, frontman Axl Rose’s famous t-shirt “Nobody Knows I’m A Lesbian,” which he wore during his white boxer brief and flannel days, will be on sale.

The collection will be available exclusively at Maxfield LA at 8818 Melrose Avenue today through August 18.
