Elle Decor had Grace Coddington open up about some of her favorite things from public transportation to, naturally, her cat collection. One of the items that made the list is a scrap book Bruce Weber made for her from a shoot she did for British Vogue, which was an homage to Edward Weston. How we wish we could get our hands on that treasure! And you probably won’t believe her favorite takeout place. Plus, she dishes on the man behind her famous red locks and her favorite, unexpected, go-to place for delivery!
6 Things Grace Can’t Live Without:
New York City Subway: “I prefer it over a taxi any day. It gets you around more quickly, and it’s such good people watching.”
Joe’s Stone Crab Delivery: “The restaurant will overnight crabs to you already prepared. All you have to do is crack the claws.”
Steiff Cats: “I’ve collected more than 150 of these. Some of them date to the 1920s.”
Tiffany Diamond Bracelet: “My boyfriend, Didier, gives me jewelry for Christmas. Several years ago, this tennis bracelet emerged from a little blue box. I wear it all the time.”
Louis Licari: “I would not be a redhead anymore if it weren’t for Louis. I’ve been seeing him since 1987, when I first came to America.”
My Waterworks Bathtub: “The ultimate luxury, because the tub is very wide. I had one in my old apartment. When I moved, this was the first thing I ordered.”
