Firings and Hirings to Hit Condé Nast Traveler

by The Daily Front Row

Staffers on the publishing team at Condé Nast Traveler are preparing for major changes this week. The magazine’s new publisher, Brendan Monaghan, is said to be bringing in his own team of salespeople—which means that several positions will be made redundant. According to a source with knowledge of the situation, at least seven business-side staffers are being let go tomorrow, with new hires to be announced in the near future. Monaghan joined the title in December, succeeding Bill Wackermann, a 20-year veteran of Condé Nast who was recently named CEO of Wilhelmina.
