Charles Leclerc takes centre stage in a stylish, cinematic film directed by Eva Vik for Esquire France, created to mark the magazine’s French launch issue.
Shot in Monte Carlo within the world-renowned Princess Grace Suite at the Hôtel de Paris, the black-and-white film captures Leclerc in a rare and intimate setting, far removed from the noise and precision of Formula 1. The result is a refined and personal portrait that reveals a quieter, more instinctive dimension of the driver, presenting him as both athlete and contemporary style icon.
Conceived with the sensual visual language of a luxury fragrance campaign, the film leans into texture, light, and presence. The monochrome aesthetic enhances its timeless quality, allowing Leclerc’s natural confidence and understated charisma to lead the frame. The atmosphere is stripped back yet magnetic, balancing elegance with intimacy.

The launch was further celebrated at an Esquire gathering at Café de Paris in Paris, where Eva Vik attended with Lorenzo Sutto Lewis. The two appeared closely connected, sharing a natural ease that subtly suggested both creative alignment and something more personal, adding to the atmosphere of the night within fashion and cultural circles.
