Emilio Pucci Spring 2016

by Paige Reddinger

Massimo Giorgetti had seaside escapes on his mind. There were fishnet tops decorated with starfish, mermaids, and shells. A trench navy trench had was printed with fish. A handbag was made of a myriad of ropes. There were plenty of sequin dresses that mimicked fish scales and even those had a casual swept away vibe. The pearl sandals were lust worthy as was a braided chiffon top or a cut-out dress that looked like pieces of coral netted together. Prints are Pucci’s thing and this was a fun spin on the house’s specialty.
