A chic crowd gathered last eve at Prada’s Milan store for the brand’s latest installment of The Iconoclasts project. The project allows top stylists to merchandise and present the collection in store according to each stylist’s unique vision. This season, W‘s Edward Enninful jazzed up the store by bringing a distinctly American sensibility to Milan. Enninful’s vision included black and white mannequins dressed in Prada’s Spring 2014 collection, plus archival looks in a space that felt like a ’20s club in Harlem, complete with an Art Deco bar and jazz band as well as a pool table and cards table. More than 200 guests like Stefano Tonchi, Mariacarla Boscono, Linda Fargo, Joan Smalls, Natasha Poly, Carla Sozzani, Italo Zucchelli, Eva Chen, Giovanna Battaglia, and Anna Dello Russo showed up to see what Enninful’s eye would bring to the party. Prior to Enninful, stylists like Alex White, Katie Grand, Olivier Rizzo, and Carine Roitfeld have contributed to The Iconoclasts project. Nothing but the best for Prada, darlings!
