Bulgari Takes the Golden Globes to Rome

Over the weekend, the glitterati gathered in Rome to celebrate composer Ennio Morricone, winner of the 2016 Golden Globe for Best Original Score for Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight. The soiree was hosted by Bulgari DOMVS in Via Condotti (the site of the luxury brand’s headquarters) where Lorenzo Soria, president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, paid tribute to the Italian composer.

The dazzling guest list included the likes of Carla Liunia, VP of global marketing and communication at Bulgari Group, and Italian film elite like Margareth Madé, Beatrice Bulgari, Eliana Miglio, David Jarre, Isabella Borromeo, and Antonia Dell’Atte.

“This Golden Globe is a proud moment for Italy and we are honored to host this unique ceremony in our DOMVS, Via Condotti,” said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari Group. “It is truly an unprecedented expression of Italian creative excellence and influence.”

Located above Bulgari’s via Condotti flagship store in Rome, the DOMVS is an exclusive space that showcases pieces from the Bulgari Heritage Collection and jewels from private loans, surrounded by original sketches from its historical archives. The space is accessible by appointment only, and is the site for cultural events, performances, and private art exhibitions.
