A slew of female forces came out to celebrate L’Oréal Paris’ 11th annual Women of Worth Awards, which champions inspiring women and embodies the brand’s “Because I’m Worth It” mantra. Hosted at The Pierre in New York, the dinner fundraiser brought out the brand’s spokeswomen Blake Lively, Karlie Kloss, Diane Keaton, Andie MacDowell and Aimee Mullins, NBC Today co-host Tamron HallArianna Huffington, and Liya Kebede, among others.

Lively, who made her first red carpet appearance since having baby number two (and wore a black gown with a plunging neckline and looked better than ever, naturally), referenced a popular question on the red carpet during her speech: What does she do to feel worth it? “What do you mean, I’m a woman,” she quipped. “It’s as important as ever to celebrate women, and that’s what we get to do tonight. We get to celebrate 10 incredible women who are spending their days changing the world.”

“I came here with perfect L’Oréal Paris makeup, I promise…But I’ve cried it all off here,” Kloss told the crowd, before presenting Sandra Gunn an award, founder of LESLIE’S WEEK, which donates vacation homes to families of women with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. “My mom is a Stage 4 breast cancer survivor, so I know firsthand how important these women and their work are.”

Amid the superstardom on the carpet, the true centers of attention were the year’s honorees: Monica Gray, founder of DreamWakers; Gunn of LESLIE’S WEEK; Marian Hamilton, founder of The Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center; Jessica Kidd, founder of Gracie’s GownsDiane Latiker, founder of Kids Off the BlockNadya Okamoto, founder of Camions of CareDebbie Sardone, founder of Cleaning for a ReasonOrlaith Staunton, co-founder of Rory Staunton Foundation for Sepsis PreventionKathy Tillotson, founder of Build Futures; Carly Yoost, co-founder of Child Rescue Coalition. Each left the dinner with $15,000 towards their organizations, except for Yoost, who was voted to be the year’s National Honoree and took home a whopping $25,000.
