What’s the scoop on your Saturday morning class at Gibson Lane Beach in Sagaponack?
It’s all about a challenging mix of cardio, core, strength, and length routines while giving specific postural cues to achieve a strong, lean, and fit body. Our exercises include planks, pushups, burpees, jumping jacks, butt lifts, lunges, crunches, and stretches.
Has being an Instagram star [@thejaimefit] helped business?
Definitely. I’ve been able to increase my business of personal training and group classes but also add on new clients who wanted to train through Skype, phone, and e-mail.
What’s it like to train Carolyn Murphy?
Carolyn is my great friend and top client. We’ve been working together for two years, and I use my greatest mind and fitness tools to achieve amazing results every time. Carolyn is not only the most beautiful woman in the world, but she’s also the most loving, compassionate, and caring. We are currently working on developing fitness programs to help teens feel empowered, strong and healthy. It’s a passion we both have and I feel blessed to co-create this idea with such a beautiful person.
What differentiates you from other trainers?
I’m very athletic, focused, and always in the right mood. My clients love and appreciate the energy I bring to their training program.
