Alexander Wang Fall 14 Campaign

For his Spring 2014 ad campaign for his namesake label, Alexander Wang featured mods in public restrooms and toilet stalls; now, he’s locked them up in a convent. The Fall 2014 campaign once again features Wang fave Anna Ewers alongside Vanessa Moody, Kaitlin Aas, Lexi Boling, and Kat Hessen. Wang worked with his usual crew of creative talent including photographer Steven Klein, creative director Pascal Dangin of KiDs Creative, stylist Karl Templer, set designer Stefan Beckman, casting director Anita Bitton, makeup artist Diane Kendal, and manicurist Gina Edwards. The only person new to the set? Hairstylist Anthony Turner; last season’s hair was done by Paul Hanlon.

The girls were shot at Saint Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Brooklyn. The campaign features Wang’s mods as naughty Catholic school girls locked up in the convent’s boarding rooms and peering up each other’s skirts. Ooh la la! The  campaign will run in Fall titles including LOVE, CR Fashion Book, Self-Service, and Interview, as well as a billboard located on the corner of Lafayette and Prince Street during New York Fashion Week.
