“My husband and I do the same routine every holiday season. First, we go to Pesaro on the Adriatic coast of Italy to visit his family for Christmas, then on the 26th, we drive up to St. Moritz and spend 10 days in the mountains. We rent a home and ski, hike, throw dinner parties, see friends—it’s amazing how many Italians run away to Switzerland for the holidays. It’s like winter summer camp. I bump into a lot of fashion people, like Moncler’s Remo Ruffini, Karla Otto, and Jil Sander’s Rodolfo Paglialunga.”
