Boxy shapes and a mishmash of crisp button-down shirting and girlish, sheer eyelets and embroidery, often cinched at the waist aggressively with mannish black leather belts, was Alessandro Dell’acqua‘s Spring look chez No.21. A bit of military, a bit of boudoir chic nighttime dressing, and lovely embellishment ruled throughout. Those oversized duchesse satin bow adorned mules, in rich shades of emerald, marigold, and bordeaux, were certainly statement shoes, though they sort of stole the show in some looks. Bralettes sporting squared necklines, loosely fitted at the ribcage, were a slightly skimpier take on the ever-pervasive crop top, some allowing the nipples to peek out. Risqué indeed!
