Zimmermann’s Chic Bash At Surf Lodge

By  |  0 Comments

The Hamptons soirée season is officially in full swing, and this Saturday, there was beachside fun galore at Zimmermann’s Montauk party. Aussie designer Nicky Zimmermann hosted an eve of cocktails and music at The Surf Lodge to celebrate her collab with the haute spot. Guests enjoyed a DJ set by Solange plus a musical performance by Trombone Shorty, all while waiting for the sun to set. The team-up includes custom-designed uniforms for this season’s staff, in addition to an exclusive bikini Surf Lodge’s 2015 print, which is sold at Surf Bazaar. The chic uniforms include bold, colorful prints and playful silhouettes, including playsuits, hooded mini dresses, high-waisted linen utility shorts, and flouncy halter tops. Adorbs, non? P.S. this is Zimmermann’s first time designing for men; the looks include linen slouch day shirts and relaxed shorts. “I loved the idea as soon as Jayma from The Surf Lodge asked us if we would like to collaborate for the summer. We usually escape the winter in Sydney and spend time in the Hamptons each year,” Zimmermann said. “Last year we opened our store in East Hampton, and now we have a great excuse to come out again this year to Montauk!”
