Who We Spotted On Delta Direct From CDG To JFK

by The Daily Front Row

Tout le monde was spotted flying Delta’s direct flight from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport back home to New York’s JFK. So which industry vets did we spy decompressing on Delta after the weary series of fashion weeks? Pre-flight Barneys CEO Mark Lee and his partner KCD’s Ed Filipowski were seen at the airline’s special services desk. We later overheard that they were arranging transportation for their two beloved hound dogs. Shipping the pooches to and from Paris? Lucky dogs! Later, while waiting to board there were a gaggle of model agents and casting directors, including Michelle Lee, at the gate. Perched in business class were Ingrid Sischy and Sandy Brant, bien sûr. Braving the line at customs post-flight, we spotted Alexandra Kotur, who managed to still look stylish after the seven and a half hour journey in a pair of black dress pants and a silk tie neck blouse. Also ready with passport in hand: Style.com’s executive editor Nicole Phelps who we overheard telling a friend that she’d spent the flight watching Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy in The Heat. Her review? “It’s hilarious! You have to see it,” she told her friend. Your Daily also caught that comedy and we second her review. Also on the in-flight entertainment front, Bury My Ashes at Bergdorf’s and Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel were also on offer. Clearly Delta knows a thing or two about how to cater to their chic clientele, non?
