As British Vogue rings in 100 (and never looked better, we might add), luxury labels are joining in the celebration. Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Dior, Mappin & Webb, and Moët & Chandon all designed limited-edition items, which are available beginning March 15. See all the centennial creations below.
Burberry designed 100 gabardine lace trench coats with oversized buttons—the original design, by Thomas Burberry, is over 100 years old.
Jimmy Choo created 100 pairs of a new Hanover sandal (an homage to Vogue’s London address), which is made of metallic leather in a cage silhouette.
Dior designed 30 special edition Diorama bags, featuring scalloped lines inspired by the edges of Victorian underwear, and a dash of rock ’n’ roll color.
Mappin & Webb created 50 sterling-silver bracelets, and appeared in the mag’s premiere issue in 1916.
What’s a celebration without some bubbly? Moet & Chandon created 400 bottles of champagne embellished with the word “Vogue 100″ with 106 Swarovski crystals.
While chances are these one-of-a-kind birthday presents won’t last long (find out where to buy them here), this is only the beginning—the British glossy plans to celebrate all year long.
