Tanya Taylor Fall 2015

by Dena Silver

Fashion and fishing might not be the most obvious of pairings, but Tanya Taylor found inspiration for her latest collection from fishing lure. Unexpected? Yes. Kitschy? Absolutely not. The designer offered a slew of young swingy shapes in a wash of pinks and orange and blues. A bright plaid pattern adorned a sweet dress, anchored with a black turtleneck peeping out of the top of the neckline. A black and white multi-patterned dress was super chic as well. There was also a new focus on outerwear this season, in the form of chubby furs, patent toppers, and a swingy camel trench. But the best detail of all might have been the belt, fashioned out of chic ropes, knotted at the waist. Add those to your must-buy list for Fall.
