Yesterday we gave Tinseltown a touch of our magic as we hosted 'A Celebration of Fashion X Hollywood' at Cecconi's West Hollywood to celebrate The Daily's inaugural Hollywood Issue. A bevy of A-listers, including House of Cards' Kate Mara, Mandela's Naomie Harris, Mena Suvari, Master of Sex's Caitlin Fitzgerald, Entourage's Perrey Reeves, and Jenna Dewan-Tatum rolled out the red carpet to welcome us to town.
Rachel Zoe Is Skipping NYFW
Looks like editors will have one less show to attend this season: Rachel Zoe has bowed out of her scheduled show on February 13th. WWD reports that the new mommy doesn't want to leave her newborn son behind on the West Coast, and that she'll show her collection at a later date in Los Angeles.
Stephen Mooallem Replaces Kimberly Cutter at Harper's Bazaar
More shakeups chez Hearst: Harperâ€™s Bazaar executive editor Kimberly Cutter is parting ways with the magazine. Cutter has been with Bazaar for one year, and is bidding adieu to spend time penning her second novel. Her first book, The Maid, was based on the life of Joan of Arc and was published in October 2011. Cutterâ€™s successor is Stephen Mooallem, who is leaving his post as editor-in-chief at Interview to join Bazaar.

Retailer Files: Sandro Opens In Las Vegas
Sandro is hitting up Sin City. The French-based brand is opening its first West Coast retail den tonight at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas. The 975-square-foot outpost, situated across from Intermix and between Carmine's and LK Bennett, will feature a refined yet modern interior, complete with white walls, marble tiles, and herringbone flooring. Currently, the brand's presence out West is limited to select Bloomingdale's locations in California.

The Oscars weren't the only game in town on the West Coast over the weekend. Indie types attended the 2013 Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday, including Zoe Saldana, who looked lovely in a green and white striped Dolce & Gabbana dress and Casadei shoes. NYFW Fall 2013: Jeremy Scott, Nanette Lepore, Elizabeth & James, Milly by Michelle Smith
Jeremy Scott: The designer's latest offering was typically Scott. Googley cartoon eyes, exploding brains, and pithy graphic t-shirtsâ€”"Adults Suck, Then You Are One," "Too Weird To Live"â€”abounded. The imagery was inspired, Scott said, by West Coast skate culture and a generalized adolescent perspective on the world. Ironically, Scott brought a very adult kind of discipline to exploring that kind of anti-establishment juvenilia. His collection was very coherent, ranging from red plaid pleated pants like punks used to wear to pendant necklaces that bore the anarchy symbol. These clothes invite you to look, then say, "What are you looking at?"
