Constance Jablonski J'adores Citi Bikes, Avoids Spinning
For a wheel-y good time, call Citi Bike savant Constance Jablonski! The mod recently filled us in on her riding M.O. What’s your favorite invention of 2013? Citi Bike. Are you into spinning, too? I’m not. I hate Soul Cycle! But I tried the Citi Bikes a few weeks ago and they’re amazing. I’m French, and in Paris we’ve had for a long time.
Milliner Maison Michel Pops Up in Paris, Next Door to Chanel
Chanel’s Paris HQ is getting a new neighbor, in the form of a Maison Michel pop-up shop. The first-ever retail location for the French milliner will be at 19 Rue Cambon, albeit only until March 2014. The toppers, which are available in RTW or made-to-measure designs, are artfully crafted and nearly nondescript, save for the trademark ‘M’ that is embroidered onto each skimmer.

Jérôme Dreyfuss' business is booming! Today it was announced that the Parisian accessories designer received $2.7 million in funding from French investment firm Audacia. The firm originally invested in the brand in 2011 and the new influx of cash will allow the designer to expand his international reach by opening up two new stores.
Julia Restoin Roitfeld On Raising An Extremely Stylish Toddler
Chic mommy alert! Julia Restoin Roitfeld filled us in at System mag's bash for their second issue last week on all matters of parenting. Turns out the stylish (and adorable!) apple doesn't fall far from the tree: Restoin Roitfeld's daughter, Romy, is bewitched by furs, has a fully-stocked closet, and counts "shoes" as one of her first words. (And she's not even two yet.) Making Carine proud, non?

Doutzen Kroes returns to the Victoria's Secret runway tonight, and as she was getting those wings ready, the mod took a moment to chat with us about her nerves, Instagram, and the criticism she's gotten for her son's healthy eating habits. We heart this Angel.
Jennifer Lawrence Covers InStyle
America's sweetheart Jennifer Lawrence covers the December issue of InStyle and talks about her favorite foods. What's on the Lawrence menu? Baby back ribs, French fries, spaghetti Bolognese, and cheesesteak subs top her list. Clearly all that time spent in Los Angeles hasn't rubbed off on her just yet. She's less open about talking about her love life...
You'll Never Guess Who Is Complaining About Karl Lagerfeld
Oh, dearie. Karl Lagerfeld is in the naughty chair with a French association called "Pretty, curvy, sexy, and fine with it" for...do we even need to tell you? The've filed a complaint at the prosecutor's office in the Western city of Saintes, accusing the Kaiser of "defamatory and discriminatory comments" about overweight women.
Jean Paul Gaultier's Brooklyn Heights
We knew Jean Paul Gaultier's exhibition was going to be good, but we had no idea it was going to be that good. How silly of us to forget that it's Gaultier we're talking about. Last night at the Brooklyn Museum the French designer opened the only East Coast exhibition of his greatest hits from the last four decades with The Fashion World Of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk.
Roman Polanski Covers Vanity Fair France
How did we nearly miss this? While America eagerly awaits the upcoming Vanity Fair profile on Gwyneth Paltrow, the French have something else in mind. Vanity Fair France has put the reclusive Roman Polanski on the cover. Much as they might want to, we can pretty much assure you that Polanski would never get to button his jacket on the cover in the US.
Accessories Savant Jérôme Dreyfuss On Copyright Laws And His Brand's Evolution
Accessories maverick Jérôme Dreyfuss has been making bags for cool girls for over a decade (with a chic following much like that of his designer wife, Isabel Marant). Last year he launched a line of men’s bags, and this season he’s ventured into women’s shoes. Business is booming, but it hasn’t always been easy. The Daily caught up with Dreyfuss at his studio in Paris to find what it’s like fending off fast fashion copiers, what the French fashion industry is doing to solve the problem, and why Dreyfuss’s avoiding having an “it†bag.
