by Sydney Sadick

Sly Stallone’s daughters are on the path to becoming a triple threat. Beauties Sophia (20), Sistine (18), and Scarlet (14), who are stepping further into the spotlight day by day, cover and guest edit the May issue of harper by Harper’s Bazaar, lensed by Victor Demarchelier and fashion edited by Joanna Hillman. The trio poses in fresh spring hues, wearing Moschino Couture and Ermanno Scervino and accessories by Simon G. Jewelry and Le Vian. In the issue, they share their beauty secrets, and dish on their modeling gig, their Golden Globe debut, and life with their famous parents, Sly and mom Jennifer Flavin Stallone.

On having a famous father—Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone…
Sophia: “When I was little I used to go through my dad’s phone and take numbers, like Liam Hemsworth.”
Sistine: “I called him. He never answered.”

On their dad coaching them on daily fitness training…
Sophia: “We’d get up really early, like 6AM and do 20 sit-ups and push-ups, practice our shot put—he wanted us to be really good at shot-putting for some reason—learn how to throw a punch, and practice golf.”
Sistine: “We called [that intense morning ritual] an inconvenience.”

On the one thing none of them plan to do—follow in their dad’s acting footsteps…
Sophia: “I don’t think any of us have the acting gene.”
Scarlet on the time she tried acting in the 2014 film Reach Me: “I literally just had to say one tiny line, and they had to cut that in half! It was pretty humiliating.”

On the current stage of their Hollywood life…
Sophia: “This is all so new, but we are so close… Sometimes siblings can get into rivalries, but we’ve been nothing but support to one another.”
