Model Hailey Clauson Dishes on Her Fitness Routine

Model Hailey Clauson works hard to keep her figure camera ready. We caught up with the beauty to find out what it takes to maintain her gorgeous mile long legs and stunning figure.

What’s your workout routine?
I try to work out five days a week with my trainer. Two of those days we box and jump rope. One day, we work out my legs and booty by doing squats and duck walks, and the other two days would be ab workouts, like crunches, leg lifts, and bicycles. On the days that we can’t train, I’ll run.

Who’s your trainer?
My boyfriend, Jullien Herrera, who, lucky for me, happens to be a professional trainer! We work out at either Overthrow in Soho or do outdoor workouts along the Hudson.

What’s your motto when it comes to fitness?
It’s always worth it once the workout is finished!

What exercise would we never see you doing?
Lifting heavy weights. As a model, my goal is to be long and lean.

What’s your favorite gym in Manhattan?
I really enjoy going to Overthrow, a boxing gym.

What are your best fitness tips?
Find an exercise you love. If you don’t love what you’re doing, you will never work out. Also, if you need motivation, find a workout buddy.

What’s the hardest part of working out?
Cardio. I find running challenging, but it needs to get done.

What music do you listen to when working out?
I have a playlist full of old-school and today’s hip-hop, like Kool & the Gang and 50 Cent, along with some top-40 hits, like Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé, and a little rock, like the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It’s a solid mix of things that get me pumped up.
