L'Wren Scott To Be Honored By Art of Elysium

by The Daily Front Row

The Art of Elysium today announced the creation of the L’Wren Scott Amber Award as part of their Elysium Collections. The award will honor Scott as well as Amber, one of the first children the organization worked with, and be given to emerging fashion designers, who will donate their talents to hospitalized children. The chosen design talents can then create small collections to benefit the Elysium Collections. Founded in 1997, The Art of Elysium’s mission is to enrich the lives of artists and hospitalized youth. Scott’s family requested that in lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the organization. Today, the late designer is on the cover of the New York Post and New York Daily News, with newly-released details, including the $9 million Scott left to partner Mick Jagger in her will.
