Last eve, Lord & Taylor celebrated its Spring 2016 launch of the Birdcage concept shop. This season, the shop is dedicated to the Free Spirit rose, one of Lord & Taylor’s newest “icons.” The shop will offer a variety of clothing, accessories, and chic gifts from a miscellany of contemporary brands (a few of our favorites include Rifle Paper Co., nOir and Bing Bang jewelry, and Kate Spade New York chic handbags.)
Guests were sprinkled throughout the Fifth Avenue store indulging in rosé and sweet treats to the tunes of DJ Jasmine Chess. Fashion editors, stylists, and bloggers were on scene, including model and former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, singer and actress Elle Winter, Melissa Rubini of InStyle, Erin Sumwalt of StyleWatch, Sharon Clott Kanter of People, and your Daily. All had the chance to snag rose bouquets from the flower bar courtesy of 1-800-FLOWERS, customize a sweatshirt from Bow & Drape and a flower crown from Floral Studio, and try temp tats by Lulu DK.
