Intermix Celebrates Two Stylish Decades

(NEW YORK) Twenty years and who’s counting? INTERMIX is, darlings! And for good reason. On Tuesday night, the multi-brand fashion retailer hosted a bash filled with the A-list set at NYC’s haute art hub, The New Museum, to celebrate its 20th anniversary and latest store opening on the Bowery. The shindig attracted the likes of Emma Roberts, Andrew RosenMarisa Tomei, Annabelle Dexter Jones, Kelly Bensimon, Audrey Gelman, Rag & Bone’s David Neville, Alexis Bittar, and both Veronica Swanson gals (Beard and Miele).

For those lucky enough to make it up the elevators to the seventh floor, aka the rooftop, there was mingling to be had amid cucumber-lime fizz cocktails with the Manhattan skyline as the background. To top it off? A special performance by Solange, sporting a darling DVF bright jumpsuit that proved parfait for the warm temps. Roberts skipped out a few minutes before the performance, but nonetheless, the crowd went wild over Beyonce’s baby sis. Picture snapping, dancing, and singing along ensued.

The modern space of the celebration proved to be a great canvas to showcase INTERMIX’s 20th Anniversary Capsule collection (Roberts wore a Ohne Titel exclusive look from the occasion for the occasion), as well as artwork on the walls that served as a timeline of the brand’s history and evolution.  “We do more than just sell clothes. INTERMIX is a lifestyle, so we wanted to put it all together under one umbrella. The concept of having 20 different designers with 20 different exclusives…it’s a celebration,” said INTERMIX founder Khajak Keledjian. And oui, we did enjoy celebrating!
