Hugo Boss Launches BOSS On Demand

Hugo Boss is at your service! The brand is giving customers a new way to shop via a multi-channel shopping experience called BOSS On Demand. The brand partnered with UberCentral, a new service from Uber that allows businesses to request car rides for shoppers, making it easy to get to store appointments or sessions with a stylist. Users also have access to UberRUSH, allowing BOSS to send purchases straight to their home, hotel room, or office—talk about seamless. The initiative will be offered at select locations, like the new Westfield World Trade Center store that opens on August 16. If you can’t make it to a store, BOSS is also offering an online experience with 24/7 customer service, live chat, and free two-day shipping called Effortless Shopping by BOSS, adding to its new set of make-it-easy initiatives.
