Honor To Shutter

In the wake of Band of Outsiders and Kris Van Assche closing up shop earlier this week, Honor is no longer on a roll. A statement today from the brand’s director of marketing and communications, Amber Guyton, confirmed the closing. “I’m remiss to inform that after nearly six years in operation, HONOR has made the difficult decision to close its doors, effective on June 1, 2015.  We are incredibly grateful to our loyal customers and partners and proud of what has been achieved by our dedicated team. Our expectation is that the HONOR brand credence will remain in tact under the direction of Giovanna Randall.” In 2011 the label opened doors to their first store in New York’s Meatpacking District, which shuttered last October. Word is, Randall still plans to continue with special orders and bridal.
