Swedish chanteuse Lykke Li has teamed up with fashion brand & Other Stories, owned by H&M, to create a capsule collection of ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories. If you are familiar with Lykke Li’s style then you should be excited (and if you aren’t familiar with her music, you should get acquainted). Prices for the collection are surprisingly affordable, to the tune of $60 for shorts, $175 for a cashmere sweater, and $345 for leather boots.

“This collection will be my uniform until the day I die,” said Li in a press statement. “From hotel slippers and loafers to cigarette pants and the perfect blazer to the cashmere sweater and the silk shirt. You get the point, be the man you want to marry!” We have to say those croc loafers and the croc tote are going to be at the top of our shopping list this Fall, but they also come in smooth leather versions. “Lykke and I talked about creating something together for quite a while,” said & Other Stories ready-to-wear designer, Behnaz Aram. “We share the same aesthetics and love for classics and quality. All the pieces are versatile, keeping the nomad perspective at heart.” The color scheme for the collection will be mostly black with elements of white. Just what every New Yorker would like to order, non? Expect pima cotton and silk chiffon tops, a blazer in heavy wool silk, leather shorts, and silk flared trousers. Plus, jewelry in gold-colored sterling silver that takes inspiration for secret hobo signs and symbols that were once written on fences, sidewalks, and walls to let fellow travelers know what to expect ahead.

The collection will be under & Other Stories Co-lab collection label. Prior to Lykke Li, the brand has collaborated on shoes with Richard Braqo, which are still available on the site (and very desirable, might we add!). Lykke Li’s collection will be available online and in stores in October. In the meantime, check out the video of Lykke Li and get a glimpse into her life leading up to the creation of the Co-lab collection in the 30-second documentary.
