Dining Tidbits, From Southampton To Montauk

by Alexandra Ilyashov

Hungry yet? Let’s discuss which restaurants you’ll be hitting up this summer out East…and which spots have bid adieu since last summer.

—Delmonico’s in Southampton is gone, and Circo is moving in. The Italian resto from the Le Cirque clan will be run by Mario Maccioni, who has a Hamptons pad, and will be open year-round. Mangia!

—Soupy scoop! Miami noodle joint Momi Ramen will open an East Hampton outpost in the ex-Turtle Crossing digs in early June. The noodles and the tonkotsu (pork bone broth) will be whipped up fresh throughout the day. Also expect gyoza, pork buns, and grilled short ribs.

—Chef sightings! Bobby Flay and Ina Garten were spotted at Bostwick’s Chowder House, separately, in April.

—Gurney’s has a roster of new haute spots from LDV Hospitality: Scarpetta Beach, Corso Coffee for a java jolt, the Regent Cocktail Club for boozing, and all-day bistro Tillie’s.

—Rosé alert: Wolffer’s 2014 vintage is out, and has a new touch: a screw cap!

—Philippe Chow is back out East, with Philippe, in the former Sienna space. Peking duck, anyone?
