Constance Jablonski Shares Her Beauty Routine

Here’s a gem from the Daily Summer to kick off your Monday! Model Constance Jablonski gives us the scoop on how she stays looking her best, from the products she lives by to her beauty inspiration and more!

Morning routing: After I wake up, I usually check my phone in bed for a few minutes, then I have a nice cup of coffee with breakfast while answering e-mails from Europe. Finally, I shower and get ready before jumping into my day.
Beauty mantra: Real beauty shines from within—it comes from being happy with yourself. Do something every day that your future self will thank you for, and take care of your health!
Workout: I love cardio! I need to sweat when I work out, and I like to mix it up with running, boxing, jumping rope, tennis, and Pilates.
Go-to products: Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair, Estée Lauder DayWear Hydrationist, Hamadi Organics Shea Hair Cream, Klorane shampoo, and Christophe Robin fig hair mask.
Superfoods: I love fish and meat, quinoa, lentils, vegetables, fresh fruits, and chocolate!
Drink of choice: A very dry and very cold glass of rosé from Provence.
Fragrance: Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess.
Sunscreen: John Masters Organics sunscreen with SPF 50.
Nail polish: A deep, rich red in the winter, and a coral in the summer, both from Estée Lauder Pure Color Nail Lacquer.
Favorite indulgences: Business-class flights, always, because I spend my life in the air and sometimes I go straight to a shoot from landing, so it’s a necessity. I also love good food—I honestly never look at prices when I go to a restaurant. I could eat at the most fancy sushi place every day!
Sleep requirements: My perfect night is eight hours.
Hair-care routine: It’s pretty basic—I don’t shampoo and condition every day, but I do use a leave in-conditioner. It’s a light way to deep condition my hair. Other than that, if I’m on set, the stylists will offer to trim split-ends and they always suggest a fab new product—and they’re rarely wrong.
Beach habits: I love the beach, and when I go, I spend at least two hours there. I can’t get enough of the sound of the waves and the feel of the sun on my skin and the sand betweenmy toes. It’s an instant Zen moment. But I always protect myself by applying SPF 50 every two hours.
Detox routine: I don’t really detox. I’m pretty consistent with eating healthy and exercise, so detoxing for me is usually limited to going a few weeks without alcohol or caffeine.
Beauty inspiration: My parents. My dad has this incredible gift of always being happy. He sees beauty in everyone. My mum taught me that less is more and that confidence is the most important thing.
