Club Monaco Takes Soho

by The Daily Front Row

(NEW YORK) Residents of Soho, you’re in luck—Club Monaco fêted the opening of a shiny, newly renovated flagship store at 536 Broadway. Despite the imposing wintry weather, the brand’s latest outpost drew quite the chicster crowd. Bloggers, Susie Bubble of Style Bubble, Blair Eadie of Atlantic-Pacific, Jessica Park of Style by Jessica Park, New York influencer Kate Foley, and editors Melissa Goldberg of PopSugar and Alexandria Symonds of Interview.com all showed up for the big bash.

The store’s interior is a modern homage to the historic Soho neighborhood, influenced by music, art, and culture in the 1970’s, 80’s, and 90’s, specifically boasting work by artists who pioneered the Soho Art movement. Some of our favorite design details had to be the vintage mirror tile and brick walls, and lofty exposed beams. Brand new merch from Club Monaco’s Spring collection was on display, desserts by Olivier Cheng were passed, and champagne toasts made while DJ Harley Viera-Newton kept the vibe lively with her favorite tunes to get in the ready-to-shop mood.
